New technology with permanent magnets

The new Slight magnetic-levitation sliding system is an innovative system based on magnetic repulsion, the perfect union of function and performance. The doors “float”: while sliding they touch no contact surface above or below, and the only force opposing their movement is air friction.

Magnetic movement for large openings

Because it works with magnets, the whole mechanism, moving and fixed parts including the handle, sits in the frame. Profiles can be truly minimal, for better looks and up to 20% more glass. Design and energy performance come first, with noticeably more light.

No maintenance

Slight technology is concentrated in the top frame or beam of the window, where the magnets and the opening and closing system sit. The beam can be hidden behind plasterboard, protecting it from the weather and from dirt.

Extend your space

With Slight you can finally enjoy one continuous space inside and outside the glass, because there is simply no threshold. The visual effect is striking, with nothing between inside and outside.

Discover lightness

Slight windows rise and lower by magnetic repulsion, causing no wear on the mechanism. The magnetic guide keeps the slide perfectly linear, and with the window closed it increases resistance to wind load and break-ins.
